• Minor surface wear, print lines, centering variance, or factory defects may exist.

• Sealed products may contain manufacturer imperfections.

All sealed products are sold as-is from the manufacturer.

4. No Guarantee of Pull Rates

EZ Rips does not guarantee pull rates, card values, or investment outcomes. Trading cards are collectibles and speculative in nature.

We are not responsible for fluctuations in market value.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payment is processed securely via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your payment information.

6. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.

• Shipping times may vary.

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

7. Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

• All sales are final on sealed products.

• Graded cards are final sale.

• Returns on singles may be accepted within 2 days if unopened and in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was materially misrepresented.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer suspected of payment fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Rips shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits

• Loss of collectible value

• Market depreciation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
